Resepi dah lupa ambik dr mana..dah lama simpan resepi & dah banyak kali buat.  Ni baru berkesempatan nak share..resepi asal pakai roti putih jer..tapi nurul tukar pakai roti gardenia butterscotch..lebih sedap. Nurul suka puding roti yang basah macam nih..


Butterscotch Bread Pudding

6 cups  bread cut into 1 inch cubes - nurul pakai roti butterscotch 
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans - nurul tak letak
2 cups apples,  peeled and diced } boleh juga pakai fruit cocktail
1 cup peaches, diced 
1 cup brown sugar - nurul letak 2tbsp jer sebab roti dah manis
2 cups milk
3/4 cup salted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
Ice cream topping


Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 Celsius). Grease a 7×11 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread, raisins, and apples. In a small saucepan over medium heat,  combine 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups milk, and butter. Cook and stir until butter is melted. Pour over bread mixture in bowl. nurul panaskan dalam microwave je sampai butter cair.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and eggs. Pour bread mixture into prepared dish, and pour egg mixture over bread.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes, or until center is set and apples are tender.
  5. Serve warm with ice-cream.
