En Asben berbuka kat luar dengan client2 nyer..nurul berbuka makan nasi goreng jer dah...simple2..jadi buat dessert jek cukup... Apple Crumble with Vanilla Aiskrim. Dapat resepi mudah dr Jamie Oliver..seriously...senang..10 minit siap..preparation la 10 minit..bakar 15 minit (wink).
Untuk 11 Ramadhan nurul berbuka kat rumah mertua. Pergi shooping barang2 hero2 ku. Balik shooping terus gi mertua berbuka..tq my mil...menu tempoyak udang & pengat keledek..
Apple Crumble

ingredients:
For the crumble:
• 35g rolled oats - tukar pakai cornflakes yang ada buah2 & raisins (pakai ape2 jenis cereal pun boleh)• 35g wholemeal flour - tukar pakai superfine flour
• 20g caster sugar - tukar pakai brown sugar
• 35g margarine or butter
For the filling:
• 400g cooking apples, peeled, cored and quartered
• 50g sugar, to sweeten - brown sugar jugak
• 1 tablespoon water
method
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. Peel and core the apples, quarter and cut in to chunks.
Put the apples into a pan with the sugar and water. Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes and place in a small ovenproof dish.
Place the flour and oats in a bowl and mix well. Cut the margarine or butter into small cubes and add this to the oats and flour. Mix with your fingertips until it resembles an even crumb texture. Add the sugar and mix through. Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the crumble is golden and the apple hot.
